Her professional journey began with roles in financial and administrative management at organisations like ISCOS Marche and Um Mami by Melting Pot. At ISCOS, she managed financial operations for EU-funded projects aimed at socio-economic inclusion, gaining invaluable experience in handling complex budgets and diverse funding streams. At Um Mami, she was instrumental in establishing a culinary training centre that not only educated but also facilitated young entrepreneurs in starting their culinary ventures, blending economic theory with impactful entrepreneurship.
