Lorenza manages the Operations at GDF, ensuring that systems and processes are working effectively to ensure the rest of the team can execute their jobs smoothly. She’s the team support person, and anyone (even externally) can reach out to her if they’re unsure where to get information. Lorenza has an academic background in Psychology and Human Rights and a strong passion for social justice and inclusion and for promoting mindful and sustainable living. She has lived across the world and has dedicated her career to supporting NGOs, social enterprises and extremely passionate people in completing important missions and creating positive change. That makes her love handling organisational processes and operations: she feels she is directly enabling changemakers at all levels to accomplish their goals in these roles.
