Hakima is an Animal Management Consultant working with local communities and partners to support GDF’s High Atlas Cultural Landscapes Programme efforts. She graduated from the Agronomic and Veterinary Institute of Rabat and is keenly interested in nature and wildlife, studying ecology in Morocco and exploring biodiversity in other countries.

Besides her passion for animals, Hakima is mindful of how human actions impact nature. She has been involved in projects in the energy sector, focusing on responsible development in rural areas of Morocco.

Hakima’s life revolves around spirituality, travel, and building meaningful connections. She has been actively helping communities in the High Atlas recover from the earthquake.
