Paola Nogales

Paola Nogales Ascarrunz  is a Bolivian biologist passionate about neotropical cat conservation. She founded ‘Programa de Investigación felidos Bolivia”, a grassroots conservation organisation dedicated to promoting coexistence between rural communities and felids and creating technology to take conservation actions. Paola has spearheaded several initiatives to conserve wild felids in Bolivia, with one of them featured in the documentary “Jaguar Spirit.” Paola loves painting and enjoys sharing her culture internationally since Bolivia is a little-known country around the globe.
