Kelly Caichihua
Kelly Caichihua is an Ecotourism Engineer currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Forest Resource Conservation at the National Agrarian University La Molina. She is the founder and general director of the non-profit organisation GEOYACHAQ in Peru. With four years of experience in public and private inter-institutional relations and international fundraising for conservation projects, Kelly has actively contributed to developing and implementing conservation projects in Andean ecosystems. Her expertise encompasses territorial coordination, ecotourism project development, and natural resource management. Additionally, she has valuable experience in integrated solid waste management and the administration of protected natural areas.
Kelly’s passion lies in protected natural areas, birdwatching, and leveraging audiovisual communication on conservation and biodiversity through social networks like glendyranger. She is an avid traveller who enjoys immersing herself in the cultures and knowledge of indigenous communities.
